How to Sign up Online Through the Parent Portal

 

Information on how to sign up your gymnasts for upcoming sessions with Valley-Wide Elite Gymnastics:

Step 1:  Go to the Class Juggler Link --->  HERE

Step 2:  Click New Customer and fill out new customer information and READ the Welcome to New Customer  instructions given.

 

Step 3:  Click on Shopping (drop down window after clicking shopping).  Click Shopping for classes.

 

Step 4:  Then Click on the Session you would like to sign up your gymnast.

 

Step 5:  Click Select to read information about the class and see age group, description, location, pricing.  

 

If there are multiple class listings of Red Gymnastics, that means Red Gymnastics is on different days at different locations and parent needs to pick the best location and time for their schedule.  Parents are signing up for 1 day a week of class with the tuition cost listed. New students add a $30.00 yearly registration fee due every August.

 

Step 6:  Select student in top left corner (Icon of person).  Then at the bottom left corner of page the add to cart icon my be clicked.  Confirm YES to add class to cart.

 

Step 7:  Wait for an administrator to send approval email that student may enroll in class (Usually takes 1-8 hours).  Then pay with debit or credit card.
